Introduction
The CH-D820 series rail type industrial grade serial port device networking server is built based on RISC architecture processors, supporting 2 10/100Mbps adaptive industrial Ethernet interfaces, and 4 software options for RS232/422/485 mode optoelectronic isolation serial interfaces. It is designed specifically for industrial field serial port devices such as PLCs, intelligent instruments, sensors, and actuators to connect to Ethernet, allowing users to read data or remotely control the field serial port devices through the network.

The CH-D820 series is embedded with a high-performance embedded microprocessor, running a real-time operating system to ensure the reliability and real-time performance of high-speed data transmission. The complete TCP/IP protocol stack supports seamless integration of industrial Ethernet and serial devices. At the same time, to facilitate the management of multiple network devices, this series of products also supports SNMP, MIB network management functions, and SNTP network clock protocol.

The CH-D820 series products have a compact structural design and support rail mounted installation. The shell is made of high-strength industrial aluminum alloy material and has an IP40 protection level. The device supports dual power input ports, all serial ports are optically isolated, with built-in power port surge protection and communication port ESD protection. It supports industrial wide temperature applications ranging from -40 to 80 ºC, especially suitable for applications that require high reliability and on-site adaptability.
