The CH-6616 series industrial grade serial port device networking server is built based on RISC architecture processors, supporting 2 100/1000Mbps optical/electrical adaptive industrial Ethernet interfaces, 4 10/100Mbps electrical ports, and 16 RS232/422/485 mode serial interfaces. It is designed specifically for industrial field serial port devices such as field controllers, HMI, PLC, intelligent instruments, sensors, and actuators to connect to Ethernet. Users can achieve data reading or remote control of field serial port devices through the network
The CH-6616 series industrial grade serial device networking server is embedded with a high-performance embedded microprocessor, running a real-time operating system to ensure the reliability and real-time performance of high-speed data transmission. The complete TCP/IP protocol stack supports seamless integration of industrial Ethernet and serial devices. At the same time, to facilitate the management of multiple network devices, this series of products also supports SNMP, MIB network management functions, and SNTP network clock protocol.
The CH-6616 series adopts a 19 inch 1U standard chassis, rack mounted, and high-strength metal casing to ensure the equipment is sturdy and durable; The device supports AC and DC power input, and the signal interface supports Phoenix terminals, which not only improves system reliability but also facilitates on-site deployment and installation. All serial ports of the equipment are optoelectronic isolated, with built-in power port surge protection and communication port ESD protection. It supports industrial wide temperature applications ranging from -40 to 80 ºC, especially suitable for applications with high requirements for reliability and on-site adaptability.
