Introduction
The CH-6100 series wall mounted industrial grade serial port device networking server is built on RISC architecture processors, supporting 1/2 10/100Mbps adaptive industrial Ethernet interfaces and 2/4 RS232/422/485 mode optoelectronic isolation serial interfaces. It is designed specifically for industrial field serial port devices such as PLCs, intelligent instruments, sensors, and actuators to connect to Ethernet. Users can achieve data reading or remote control of field serial port devices through the network.
The CH-6100 series industrial grade serial device networking server is embedded with a high-performance embedded microprocessor, running a real-time operating system to ensure the reliability and real-time performance of high-speed data transmission. The complete TCP/IP protocol stack supports seamless integration of industrial Ethernet and serial devices. At the same time, to facilitate the management of multiple network devices, this series of products also supports SNMP, MIB network management functions, and SNTP network clock protocol.
The CH-6100 series products have a compact structural design and support wall mounted installation. The shell is made of high-strength metal material and has an IP40 protection level. All serial ports of the equipment are optoelectronic isolated, with built-in power port surge protection and communication port ESD protection. It supports industrial wide temperature applications ranging from -40 to 80 ºC, especially suitable for applications with high requirements for reliability and on-site adaptability.
